Erlenbach Block Molds are available in Vertical and Horizontal styles. Shown at left, is the Erlenbach EBV with fixed dimensional walls. The picture on the right is the Erlenbach EBV with adjustable side wall. The adjustable side wall is unique do to the fact the steam chamber is in the movable wall and not behind it. This maintains accurate steaming to the adjustable side and saves energy by not having to fill the empty void with steam. As with all Erlenbach molding equipment, electronic regulation is used for precise control of all utilities along with the user friendly Touch Screen Controller standard. All Erlenbach block molds are available with the following optional equipment:

• vacuum systems
• recycling/remixing silos (accurate cell wheel design)
• scale measuring systems
• block printing (weight, density, time, date, etc)
• conveyor systems
